The Work
(What you’ll be doing & Your Impact)
- Own the end-to-end Salesforce release lifecycle at a publicly traded company where Salesforce is a SOX-in-scope system, sitting at the intersection of engineering, compliance, and business operations.
- Design and enforce change management processes that satisfy SOX ITGC requirements using modern DevOps tooling, working closely with Salesforce Engineering, Revenue Operations, and InfoSec.
- Manage and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Copado and Salesforce DX / SF CLI, coordinating release windows, go/no-go decisions, and complete pre/post deployment validation documentation.
- Own the evidence package for SOX and SOC 2 Type II audits, ensuring all production deployments trace back to approved change records and business requirements. Serve as the primary point of contact for auditor inquiries, finding remediation,
