HRIS and Benefits Analyst

Schedule: Monday to Friday: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm EST. Weekends OFF.

Location:ONSITE, Barranquilla, Cali, Bogotá, Medellín.

After 3 months, the roles becomes hybrid, 2 days at home and 3 in the office.

We are looking for an analytical professional with a passion for optimizing HR systems and ensuring data integrity.

Your background includes hands-on experience with HRIS platforms, data validation, and system testing. You bring a proactive mindset to problem-solving, a commitment to quality assurance, and a keen eye for detail that ensures seamless technology operations and accurate reporting.

Responsibilities:
Vendor File Operations and Implementation Support
- Assist with requirements documentation and validation of new benefit structures, rates, and configurations.
- Audit, transmit, and maintain vendor files including structure updates and resolution of data issues.
- Debug and test automated file processes.




- Coordinate with third-party vendors to evaluate technical requirements and ensure system compatibility.
- Conduct OE vendor file update testing and verification to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Platform Support and Testing of Custom Applications (This will be trained in the operation)
- Perform testing, debugging, and defect documentation for HRIS platforms.
- Provide support to HR, account managers, and implementation teams regarding system or data issues.
- Log and track defects, load builds to test environments, and collaborate on mockups and documentation. Benefits Testing
- Support requirements gathering, test planning, and execution for various benefit platforms.
- Set up and validate test data for projects, enhancements, and new benefit structures.
- Performs additional responsibilities as assigned to support the efficient operation of the department and the organization.
