What´s the role:
The Senior Accounting Manager role is a critical role that will be focused on the day to day back office service of the accounting and financial functional teams located in the Colombia Operations Center. Co-Responsible for training and developing the accounting staff. Become a super user for the new integral LLA ERP system and assist with the implementation of the new system and development of efficient accounting processes. Works closely and will partner with all levels of the business to deliver high quality accounting and reporting service and analysis to business units.

Responsibilities:
How you will contribute:
- Comply with LLA Policies and Values.
- Responsible to contribute in achieving the Accounting and Reporting metrics defined in the LLA SLA.
- Ensure proper controls over General Ledger Activities.
- Responsible to monitor the effectiveness of controls included in the processes under their review (including Sox controls),
- Main and first point of contact for Accounting staff, coordinate the activities,



coaching and training of his/her team members.
- Assist management in the administration of the team resources (leaves, exams, vacations).
- Set up goals and discuss performances with the team members. Support Management,
- Responsible of preparation / review of the Key Performance Metrics (KPI´s),
- Responsible to keep up to date the SLA (Service Level Agreement), closing checklist and control lists,
- Active participation in projects and transitions, where they are identified as key expert or key team member,
- Develop and measure of metrics to control the project,
- Detect improvement opportunities to trigger off new projects,
- Participate and/or coordinate teams with the objective of writing, updating and defining Policies and Narratives,
