Carrier Sales Representative-Remote/Colombia
Valoroo is hiring We are looking for an experienced Carrier Sales Representative to join our growing logistics team supporting the U.S transportation industry.
Location: Remote-Colombia
Employment type: Full-Time
Key responsibilities
- Source and onboard refrigerated carriers, owner-operators, and small fleets.
- Use DAT, Truckstop, referrals, and outbound calls to build carrier relationships.
- Negotiate spot and contract rates while protecting company margins.
- Build and maintain carrier capacity across key freight lanes.
- Collaborate closely with operations and brokerage teams.
- Manage carrier onboarding, insurance verification and TMS set up.
- Maintain strong long-term relationships with carriers and fleet managers.
- Meet weekly and monthly KPIs related to calls, onboarding, and freight coverage.
Requirements:
- 2+ Years of experience in carrier sales, freight brokerage, dispatch, or logistic coordination.
- Experience with refrigerated/temperature-controlled freight strongly preferred.
- Experience using DAT, truckstop, CRM/TMS platforms
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Advance english level
- Reliable internet connection and dedicated home office set up required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Existing network of owner-operators or small fleet contacts
- Familiarity with FMCSA regulations and carrier safety ratings.
- Experience with McLeod, Turvo, or Similar freight brokerage platforms.
