As our AI-Powered Social Media & Content Systems Manager, you will build and lead a high-performance,



AI-enhanced content engine-driving growth across social platforms while introducing smarter, faster, and more scalable ways of working across the wider business.

You will sit at the intersection of AI, content, and performance, combining creative instinct with technical capability to streamline content creation, repurposing, analytics, and workflow automation-not only for social media, but across PR, events, podcasts, and marketing.

Key Responsibilities:
AI-Driven Social Media Strategy
- Develop and execute a data-driven social media strategy aligned with business objectives
- Integrate AI tools to optimise content planning, scheduling, and performance
- Identify opportunities to automate and scale output without compromising quality

Content Creation & AI Optimisation
- Oversee the creation of high-performing content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, and emerging platforms
- Use AI tools for video editing, copy generation, ideation, and repurposin
