_Plastic Surgery Consultant_

We are seeking a highly organized, customer-focused, and proactive Plastic Surgery Consultant to join our growing team. This role combines patient coordination, surgery scheduling, administrative management, marketing support, and operational oversight to ensure an exceptional patient experience from consultation through post-operative care.

Responsibilities

General Administration
- Answer incoming telephone calls and assist patients professionally
- Schedule patient consultations and follow-up appointments

Surgery Scheduling & Coordination
- Discuss surgical fees and financing options with patients
- Schedule surgeries and coordinate surgical calendars
- Collect payments for surgical procedures
- Maintain surgical logs and CRM pipeline
- Follow up with DNS patients before and after surgery
- Upload patient documents and photos into Athena EMR
- Process surgical pre-authorizations
- Order surgical implants, garments, and special supplies

Insurance Billing
- Assist with Accounts Receivable (AR)

Marketing & Patient Relations




- Contact all consultation requests within 5 minutes
- Encourage patients to leave online reviews
- Collaborate with the marketing team on patient outreach initiatives
- Follow up with previous patients
- Assist in recruiting surgeons to utilize IOSA services
- Support patient satisfaction initiatives, including surveys and reviews

IOSA Management
- Follow up with all surgeons’ patients:
- 1 week pre-op
- 1 day pre-op
- 1 day post-op
- Support operational efficiency and infection prevention protocols
- Maintain organization and workflow management
- Order supplies and negotiate with vendors
- Assist with staffing and scheduling
- Scan and maintain IOSA charts
- Update and maintain the ACCESS database

IPA Health
- Support marketing initiatives
- Manage patient relationships
- Assist with B2B relationship management

Qualifications
- Previous experience in plastic surgery, cosmetic surgery, medical office, or hea
