Remote Bilingual Sales Representative (Colombia)

Remote Position - Work from Medellin for a Miami-Based Company
Base Pay + Monthly Sales Bonus + Growth Opportunity

Royal Movers, a fast-growing moving company based in Miami, is looking for a highly motivated bilingual Sales Representative with excellent English and strong communication skills.

We are NOT looking for someone who simply answers phones.
We are looking for someone who knows how to SELL, build relationships, follow up aggressively, and make sure we do not lose opportunities.

This position is fully remote from Medellin, Colombia.

Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls quickly and professionally
- Convert inbound leads into booked moves
- Follow up with old leads and past customers
- Build relationships with apartment buildings, realtors, storage facilities, and referral partners
- Call buildings and businesses to create new referral opportunities
- Maintain excellent customer service at all times
- Help maximize bookings and company growth
- Keep notes, customer information, and follow-ups organized




- Work closely with management to improve sales systems and performance

Requirements:
- PERFECT or near-perfect English (spoken and written)
- Strong sales and communication skills
- Ability to close deals confidently
- Fast response time and strong sense of urgency
- Highly reliable and professional
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work independently without constant supervision
- Positive attitude and problem-solving mentality
- Excellent internet connection (VERY important)
- Personal computer/laptop and smartphone required

Compensation:
- Fixed biweekly base pay
- Monthly performance bonus based on sales
- Initial equipment/setup bonus to help purchase anything needed for work
