Cluster Underwriting Manager

We are looking for a leader to drive and manage the placement and insurance operations strategy for our insurance broker Nacora, at a regional level. This role will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing the placement of general insurance programs in the Colombian market and across the Andean and Central American cluster, while also leading the growth of the transportation insurance product.

A key role for professionals who combine strategic vision, operational execution, and strong relationships within the insurance market,



with direct impact on business growth and regional expansion.

- Strengthen collaboration with the commercial team, enabling successful deal closures and enhancing the value proposition for clients.
