NOW HIRING: Medical Collections & Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist
Location: Barranquilla, Colombia
Schedule: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Eastern Time)
Includes 40-minute daily break

Position Overview:
The Medical Collections & AR Specialist will be responsible for managing outstanding insurance claims, following up with payers, resolving billing discrepancies, and ensuring timely reimbursement for medical services.

Responsibilities:
- Follow up on unpaid or denied medical claims with insurance companies
- Review and resolve billing discrepancies
- Maintain accurate documentation of collection activities
- Communicate professionally with insurance representatives and internal teams
- Ensure timely payment and reduce AR aging

Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills




- Excellent command of English (MANDATORY)
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work during U.S. Eastern Time hours
