Together, we help leaders make smarter, data-driven hiring decisions and build strong talent pools that fuel Keyrus’ success.

We’re now looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Expert based in LATAM to be part of this journey. In this role, you’ll combine advisory and sourcing skills, partnering with leaders, shaping hiring strategies, and connecting with top talent across international markets.

WhatYou’ll Do:




- Partner with Managing Directors and senior stakeholders, sharing real market insights.
- Source, engage, and attract top talent in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), Data, and AI across international markets.
- Lead and deliver global recruitment projects that drive Keyrus’ growth.
- Build and maintain pipelines of exceptional talent in our core technologies.
- Use advanced sourcing methods: headhunting, X-ray sourcing, growth hacking, and deep networking.
- Run competency-based interviews and manage the full recruitment cycle.
- Boost our employer brand through content, networking, and community engagement.
- Share your expertise to help grow TA capabilities across the globe.
