What will the day look like?

Lead the integral, regional and local Corporate Customer Service strategies for multinational and corporate accounts, generating contributed and a high level of customer satisfaction in meeting their needs,



with the purpose of positioning our company as the best in the market in the accompaniment and consulting in the administration of insurable general insurance programs and to sustainably grow the assigned portfolio, ensuring compliance with sales and retention budgets, customer loyalty and a high level of commitment to our employees and colleagues.

commitment to our collaborators and colleagues.- Achievement of goals in Commercial Risk budgets in sales in Renovations (existing) and New Business (New New New and New Additional).- Achievement of goals in Customer Retention and Roll over indicators.- Execution of value propositions presented to and accepted by the clients of the assigned portfolio.- Fulfillment of goals in customer satisfaction survey result indicators.- Financial management of client portfolio and business lines.- Leadership of high performance teams and teamwork.- Motivation and engagement of colleagues- Performance and development of collaborators
