Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition (Primary Focus)
- Design and execute international recruitment strategies (USA & Global) using cutting-edge AI tools for talent identification.
- Lead high-level bilingual interviews for both technical and administrative profiles.
- Optimize the candidate experience through agile, human-centric, and technologically advanced processes.
- Administrative & Operational Management
- Employee Lifecycle management.
- Payroll & Labor Legislation.
- Wellness & Culture initiatives.
- Performance Reviews & Evaluations.




- Occupational Health and Safety.

Ideal Candidate Profile
- Education: Degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- Languages: English B2?C1 required. Ability to negotiate and evaluate candidates in English-speaking markets.
- Experience: Minimum 2?3 years in HR coordination with end-to-end mastery of recruitment, hiring, and personnel administration; ideally within tech companies or multinational environments.

What We Offer

- Schedule: Monday to Friday.
- Contract: Indefinite term (direct with the company).

- Base Salary: COP 5,000,000 ? 6,000,000 (based on experience).
