We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. This role is responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, ensuring a seamless candidate experience, and supporting employer branding initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Publish job openings and manage recruitment pipelines.
- Screen resumes and evaluate candidate qualifications.
- Conduct phone and video interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate tracking in the ATS.
- Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Source talent via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and networking.
- Support onboarding and orientation of new hires.
- Track HR metrics (time to hire, cost per hire, source effectiveness).
- Assist with employer branding and recruitment campaigns.

Daily Workflow
- Review new applications and update ATS.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates.
- Conduct initial screening calls.
- Send interview invites and coordinate schedules.




- Keep candidates informed about next steps.
- Source new candidates proactively.
- Update recruitment dashboards and HR metrics.
- Attend HR sync meetings.
- Prepare offer letters and employment documents.
- Support onboarding schedules and orientation.

- ATS (Greenhouse, Workable, BambooHR, or similar)
- LinkedIn Recruiter
- Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Calendar)
- Zoom / Google Meet
- Job posting platforms (Indeed, LinkedIn Jobs, Glassdoor)
- HR onboarding platforms (BambooHR, Rippling, Paylocity)

Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with full-cycle recruitment.
- Familiarity with HR compliance and employment laws.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proactive, organized, and data-driven mindset.
- Strong sourcing and outreach experience.
