We’re hiring a high-ownership Head of Client Operations to lead client delivery, campaign performance, retention, and operational execution inside a fast-growing startup environment.
This is not a traditional project management role.
You will fully own:

- 20–30 active client accounts

- Report risks, churn concerns, and operational updates to the founder
