? Head of Client Operations (Cold Email, Client Success & Startup Operations)

Full-Time | Remote | Adaptable U.S. Time Zone Collaboration

? About the Role

We’re hiring a high-ownership Head of Client Operations to lead client delivery, campaign performance, retention, and operational execution inside a fast-growing startup environment.

This is not a traditional project management role.

You will fully own:
✅ Client relationships
✅ Campaign performance

✅ Delivery systems
✅ Operational scalability

You’ll work directly with:

- the founder
- developers
- outreach teams
- operations

to ensure client campaigns deliver measurable results while the company scales rapidly.

? What You’ll Own

Client Relationship Ownership

- Serve as the primary point of contact for:
- 20–30 active client accounts

- Lead:

- client check-ins
- strategic conversations
- ongoing communication

- Manage expectations and proactively prevent churn
- Build strong, long-term client relationships
- Ensure clients feel:

- informed
- supported
- confident in delivery

Campaign Performance & Delivery

- Diagnose and fix:
- underperforming campaigns
- deliverability issues
- inbox placement problems
- low-converting messaging

- Review campaigns before launch to ensure:

- technical readiness
- copy quality
- deliverability setup

- Continuously optimize:

- open rates
- reply rates
- meeting conversion
- campaign performance

- Personally contribute to:

- copywriting
- troubleshooting
- strategy adjustments when needed

Cold Email & Deliverability Operations





- Own campaign execution quality across:
- inbox warm-up
- domain health
- deliverability
- list quality
- sending infrastructure

- Understand and troubleshoot:

- spam placement
- DNS issues
- API/integration problems
- automation breakdowns

- Work closely with technical teams to improve system reliability

Processes, Systems & Documentation

- Build operational playbooks and delivery workflows
- Improve:
- onboarding systems
- campaign QA processes
- client communication standards

- Create scalable systems while the company grows rapidly
- Track:

- SLAs
- client health
- delivery metrics
- operational bottlenecks

Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Coordinate closely with:
- development teams
- outreach specialists
- operations
- leadership

- Report directly to the founder on:

- campaign performance
- churn risks
- delivery issues
- operational priorities

- Help align execution across departments during rapid growth
