Position Objective:

To supervise the cargo received at the terminal and make sure it is loaded onto the vessel successfully.

- Organize vessel, port, and cargo operations following local regulations and safety procedures.
- Track shipments to make sure all containers are loaded as booked.
- Check information in terminal and Hapag-Lloyd systems against shipping documents and cargo risk information.
- Provide cargo forecasts to terminals and vessel planners before vessel departure.
- Prepare, coordinate, and monitor transshipment activities.
- Ensure vessels are loaded and discharged on time.
- Be the first point of contact for claims related to damaged cargo or equipment and coordinate inspections when needed.




- Prepare dangerous goods manifests and collect dock receipts for dangerous cargo.
- Provide terminal departure reports to vessel planners after vessel sailing.
- Maintain vessel arrival and departure information as required.
- Validate storage invoices, reefer monitoring, and terminal costs.
- Review booked cargo at cut-off dates to avoid terminal issues.
- Organize and provide cost estimates for special cargo shipments.
- Resolve terminal booking issues, update systems, and assist customers and drivers with operational issues.

Experience:Minimum of 2 years | Specific Experience:Maritime and logistics Industry

Education:University Degree
