Relocation Assistance Offered Within CountryJob Number #****** - Cali, Valle del Cauca, ColombiaWho We AreColgate-Palmolive Company is a global consumer products company operating in over 200 countries specializing in Oral Care, Personal Care, Home Care, Skin Care, and Pet Nutrition.Role SummaryAs a Public Health and Social Projects Manager for the Andean Region, you will be responsible for leading the "Bright Smiles Bright Futures" (BSBF) program (Colgate's Corporate Social Responsibility Program) and public health initiatives in the Andina Region.You will be key in positioning Colgate as a partner for Government entities, Universities, Academia and NGOs in the evolution of public health policies toward better Oral Health.This position ensures the connection of Oral Health stakeholders to Colgate Equity consumer campaigns and initiatives.ResponsibilitiesDrive strategic leadership for the BSBF program and public health initiatives, serving as the primary liaison for equity teams to integrate social responsibility into consumer campaigns like Oral Health MonthExecute the BSBF Direct program by managing third-party agencies to deliver oral health education and essential kits to school-aged children across the regionCultivate high-impact partnerships with Ministries of Health, NGOs, and dental faculties to advocate for systemic policy changes and joint public health collaborationsOversee program governance and compliance, establishing rigorous KPIs and monitoring processes to ensure all activities meet legal and internal quality standardsFacilitate evidence-based advocacy by accessing public health and nursing programs to generate clinical support for product usage in public health settingsAdapt integral assets for local impact,
