About WPP MediaWPP Media is WPP's AI-driven media operating unit, bringing together media, data, and partnerships to deliver creative personalisation at scale.Connected through WPP Open and powered by Open Intelligence, clients see exactly where, how, and why their media investment is working.Role Summary and ImpactLead and oversee the daily PMO operation, ensuring proper visibility, governance, and follow-up of projects and initiatives.Coordinate project tracking, including risks, issues, dependencies, deliverables, and executive reporting across multiple initiatives.Design, maintain, and improve Power BI dashboards and reporting structures to support visibility and decision-making.Identify and implement process automation and operational optimisation opportunities using automation and AI-driven solutions.Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders while supporting the development of the PMO team and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.Skills and ExperienceBachelor's degree.Advanced English level (B2–C2).2–3+ years of experience in PMO, project management, or project tracking roles.Experience leading, coordinating, or supporting small teams.Strong experience in reporting, data analysis, and initiative tracking.Advanced Power BI skills, including dashboard creation, maintenance,
