Role Description
The Senior Support Engineer Associate will be responsible for providing technical and customer support to ensure smooth operation of our Forensic AI-based SaaS platform.
Duties include troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, offering solutions to customers, and managing inquiries related to operating systems and platform functionality.




The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of issues and proactive customer engagement.
This is a full-time hybrid position based in Medellín, Colombia, with the flexibility to work partially from home.
Qualifications
Experience in troubleshooting and providing technical support
Proficiency in customer support and customer service
Familiarity with operating systems and their maintenance
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Demonstrated ability to handle and address customer concerns effectively and professionally
Basic knowledge of GovTech or SaaS platforms is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple cases simultaneously
