In this Project Manager role, you'll lead end-to-end implementations, managing timelines and stakeholders while working closely with clients and internal teams to configure, deliver, and test the Veevart platform.This role is perfect for someone who enjoys solving problems, leading projects, and learning how technology, business, and operations connect.If you're excited about project ownership, learning fast, and making a real impact—this role is for you.What You'll DoOwn and lead multiple implementation projects from kickoff to go-liveBe the main point of contact for clients—guiding them through the entire journeyRun discovery sessions to understand client needs and translate them into solutionsWork cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Support, and Customer Success teamsConfigure and adapt the Veevart platform to match each client's requirementsKeep projects on track: timelines, risks, communication, and documentationTrain clients and empower them to confidently use the platformProactively identify challenges and solve them before they become problemsLeverage AI tools to enhance implementation workflows, data handling,



and client outcomesContribute ideas to improve how we implement and scale as a teamWhat We're Looking For2–5 years of experience managing technology projects in client-facing roles, preferably within SaaS environments.Background in Engineering, Business, or related fields.Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.Clear and confident communication skills in English (B2+ or higher).
