Key job responsibilities
Lead GTM strategy for AWS Database services for LATAM customers
Create sales plays and leverage partners to build business opportunities
Build new initiatives that drive results for AWS customers
Provide critical feedback from customers to inform product roadmap
Work closely with partner network to build an ecosystem supporting customers' goals
Serve as first-in teams that build markets for new services, domains, or solutions
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
7+ years of Go-to-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting experience
Experience in English-language communication skills, both written and verbal
5+ years of Database experience
Preferred Qualifications
Strong analytical skills,



attention to detail, and effective communication abilities
Experience communicating across technical and non-technical audiences, including executive level stakeholders or clients
Experience negotiating complex deals with customers and partners
Knowledge of and experience with cloud infrastructure technologies
Experience in a heavily matrixed sales environment, including developing, implementing, managing, and executing go-to-market growth initiatives and sales motions
