Recurly is looking for a high-impact Salesforce Administrator to join our growing team in Medellín.
At a $50M+ revenue business, our CRM is more than just a database; it is the operating system for our growth.
This role goes beyond day-to-day administration and requires someone who will ensure our complex integrations are bulletproof, our automated workflows are scalable, and our "Lead-to-Cash" lifecycle is optimized for high-velocity SaaS operations.
Responsibilities
Strategic Architecture: Design and implement complex configurations including Flow, Custom Objects, Validation Rules, and Advanced Formulas
GTM Partnership: Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements and improve business processes & optimize the lead-to-cash lifecycle.
Process Automation: Move beyond simple updates.
You'll audit existing workflows and build robust, automated processes that reduce friction for our reps
Troubleshooting: Provide ongoing user support, troubleshooting issues and resolving system incidents efficiently
Integrations Management: Manage tools connected to Salesforce (e.g., Gong).
Support platform releases, system updates, testing, and deployment of new functionality
System Reliability: Conduct regular "Health Checks" to proactively identify and resolve technical debt, failing syncs, or automation bottlenecks
The "Why" Expert: When a stakeholder asks for a new field or tool, your first question is: "How does this affect our reporting and downstream systems?"
Requirements
3+ years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience in a high-growth SaaS environment,



ideally for a mid-market to enterprise-level company ($50M+)
Strong experience with Sales Cloud
Advanced knowledge of Salesforce Flows and automation
Solid understanding of data relationships, objects, and data models
Salesforce Administrator Certification (required)
Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with business stakeholders
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment
Based in or near Medellín, Colombia, with the ability to work in a synchronized fashion with our North American teams
Nice to Have
Experience with supporting sales and customer teams
Additional Salesforce certifications (Advanced Admin, CPQ Admin) Experience with CPQ or complex billing integrations is highly preferred
Advanced knowledge and administration of Salesforce CPQ as well as key Salesforce integrations (Gainsight, Outreach IO, LeanData, Gong IO, Marketo, Zendesk, etc)
Experience with LLMs and automation tools (Claude,Gemini, n8n)
