Business Development Manager/ Sales Closer (C1) B2B Medellin
We're looking for bilingual (C1) high-performing Middle-level Business Development Representative or Manager to join our team.
This is a critical role: you will be the engine behind our revenue growth, owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing with a strong focus on the US healthcare market.
You are a natural closer.
You build trust quickly, communicate value clearly, and know how to navigate complex buying processes.
You don't wait for leads, you create opportunities.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Own the full sales cycle: prospect, qualify, demo, negotiate, and close new business
Identify and pursue new revenue opportunities within the US healthcare market
Drive new business acquisition across the US healthcare market through outbound prospecting, networking, and strategic outreach
Build and maintain a healthy pipeline and organizational and multitasking abilities
Own the full sales cycle - from first contact to signed contract
Identify, qualify, and close high-value opportunities with healthcare providers, clinics, hospitals, and related organizations
Partner with internal teams (marketing,
product, operations) to tailor solutions to client needs
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Provide market feedback and insights to leadership to inform go-to-market strategy
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
NICE TO HAVE
Around 3+ years of experience in SaaS, US based marked or healthcare services sales
4+ years of B2B sales experience with a strong closing track record
Existing network within US healthcare systems, clinics, or insurance companies
Familiarity with value-based care, revenue cycle management, or health IT solutions
