The Senior Martech is not a campaign executor; they are the architect of the company's digital growth engine.
This person connects commercial strategy with marketing technology, ensures every peso invested in paid media is traceable, and turns user data into business decisions.
This role works directly with the CDTO and has full ownership of the marketing technology stack: CRM, automation, campaign analytics, technical SEO, and paid media management.
Purpose of the Role
Design and execute AVACOM's digital marketing strategy across four markets, operating the full Martech stack: CRM, Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns, organic SEO, email marketing automation, advanced analytics, and remarketing.
This role ensures digital traffic converts into qualified leads, leads convert into customers, and every marketing investment is measurable with real data.
Main Responsibilities
Digital Campaign Strategy and Operations
Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube) across four markets with assigned budget.
Manage Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook and Instagram) focused on awareness, consideration, and conversion per market.
Design and execute remarketing and programmatic display strategy to reconvert visitors.
Coordinate tech influencer campaigns and affiliate programs in active markets.
Continuously monitor and optimize ROAS, CAC, and LTV by channel, campaign, and market.
SEO and Organic Presence
Define and execute the organic SEO strategy for all four websites: keywords, content architecture, and link building.
Coordinate with the development team on technical SEO fixes: meta tags, schema markup, Core Web Vitals, indexing, and page speed.
Monitor organic ranking with SEMrush, Google Search Console, and Analytics per market.
Produce or coordinate the production of SEO-optimized content for blogs, landing pages, and product listings.
CRM, Email Marketing and Automation
Manage and optimize CRM: sales pipeline, contact segmentation, custom properties, and reports.
Design and operate email marketing automation flows: lead nurturing, customer onboarding, newsletters, and reactivation campaigns.
Configure and maintain integrations between CRM, the website, forms, landing pages, and the LMS.
Manage ActiveCampaign for email automations and advanced audience segmentation.
Analytics, Data and Reporting
Configure and maintain the analytics stack: Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, Hotjar, and custom events.
Build marketing dashboards in Power BI or Looker Studio with acquisition, conversion, and retention metrics per market.
Work with the AI Dev to integrate campaign data into the Data Warehouse (BigQuery) and advanced attribution models.
Produce marketing executive reports for the CDTO covering ROAS, CAC, LTV, organic traffic, and conversion by channel.
Content, Catalog and Digital Production
Coordinate product photography and digital catalog production for e-commerce and the LMS.
Supervise the Community Manager and junior social media in content strategy and editorial calendar.
Coordinate production of videos, reels, and material for paid and organic campaigns.
Manage paid campaign landing pages: design coordination, A/B testing, and conversion optimization.
Requirements
Education
Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields.
Specialization or diploma in Digital Marketing, Growth, or Data Analytics – Desired.
Certifications
Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display) – Required
Google Analytics 4 / Google Tag Manager – Required
Meta Blueprint (Facebook / Instagram Ads) – Required
HubSpot Marketing Hub or similar / CRM Certification – Required
English proficiency – Required (minimum B2, fluent reading of platforms, reports, and vendor communication)
SEMrush Certification or equivalent – Desired
HubSpot Email Marketing or ActiveCampaign – Desired
Experience
+5 years of digital marketing experience managing an assigned paid media budget.
Experience operating Google Ads and Meta Ads in production with continuous ROAS optimization.
Experience managing CRM with sales pipelines, automation flows, and reports.
Experience executing organic SEO strategies with measurable ranking results.
Experience configuring and analyzing Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.
Experience in technology companies, e-commerce, edtech, or digital products.
Desirable: Experience in marketing for multiple countries or international markets.
Desirable: Experience working with development teams to implement tracking and analytics.
Desirable: Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Looker Studio, or Metabase.
Desirable: Experience in educational product or B2B marketing.
Technical Skills
Paid media platforms: Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube), Meta Ads, programmatic remarketing.
CRM and automation: CRM and Marketing Hub, ActiveCampaign, nurturing flows, and segmentation.
Analytics: Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, Hotjar, Search Console, SEMrush.
SEO: technical audit, keyword research, on-page optimization, link building, Core Web Vitals.
BI and reporting: Power BI or Looker Studio for marketing dashboards connected to data sources.
Development collaboration: basic HTML/CSS understanding, UTMs, custom GA4 events, and CRM integration APIs.
Technical English: fluent reading of platforms, documentation, and international reports – Mandatory.
