About the position
Provide operational and strategic support to the Trade Marketing area, ensuring strong execution at the point of sale, effective follow-up of the promoter team, brand visibility, and continuous retail market analysis.
This role will be responsible for strengthening the relationship between the brand and customers in-store, identifying commercial opportunities, and ensuring excellent execution across retail channels.
Responsibilities
Trade Marketing Execution & Operations
Support the operational execution of Trade Marketing activities.
Conduct frequent visits to points of sale to validate execution, visibility, and brand positioning.
Identify opportunities for improvement in displays, activations, and in-store presence.
Ensure proper follow-up and execution of activities defined for the retail channel.
Conduct weekly follow-up meetings with the promoter team.
Supervise point-of-sale execution and ensure compliance with assigned responsibilities.
Review payroll-related information and support the promoter payroll process.
Strengthen relationships with in-store personnel and retail partners.
Market & Competitor Analysis




Continuously monitor retail market dynamics and in-store performance.
Analyze competitors, pricing, visibility, inventory levels, and commercial opportunities.
Prepare reports and provide continuous visibility of retail performance indicators.
Monitor sales and inventory at the point of sale, identifying stock gaps and replenishment opportunities.
Training & Product Knowledge
Deliver training sessions for sales teams and point-of-sale staff.
Provide technical and commercial product training.
Ensure strong technical understanding of the brand's products and solutions.
Activations & Brand Visibility
Support activations focused on strengthening the relationship between the brand and customers.
Identify opportunities to improve brand visibility within retail stores.
Coordinate initiatives that enhance in-store commercial execution.
Required Profile
Professional in Marketing, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, International Business or related fields.
Minimum 2 years of experience managing sales teams and retail points of sale.
Experience in Trade Marketing within technology-related categories such as computing, printing, mobile devices, or accessories.
Experience conducting field work and frequent store visits.
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (Excel assessment will be conducted).
