What You'll Do
The Early Solution Engineering program is divided into two phases.
In the first half you will work in the Q Branch team, learning the Demo Engineer role and developing technical skills.
You will design and implement creative demo solutions for our customers across Latin America.
In the second half you will sharpen selling and consulting skills, working with top Solution Engineers and participating in customer meetings and account planning.
Create innovative, AI-driven solutions on the Salesforce platform.




Design and build solutions using Salesforce declarative and programmatic tools.
Develop demonstration and presentation skills.
Execute strategic projects that support the Solution Engineering team long-term.
Support the team building demonstrations, prototypes, and RFPs.
Participate in customer meetings and account planning during the second half of the program.

Knowledge of Java, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, CSS and other web technologies.
Previous Salesforce knowledge or certifications.
Experience in UX or UI design.
