About The Team/role
From day one, you'll join a collaborative, global culture where your work will help shape the passenger experience and support the company's growth.
As an Intern in the Passenger Operations Team, you'll have the opportunity to learn firsthand how we improve the passenger experience across all Spanish-speaking Latin American (SSL) countries.
You'll support projects that strengthen passenger loyalty, contribute to data-driven initiatives,
and gain exposure to how strategic decisions are made in a fast-paced environment.
In this role, you'll be...
Assisting in the design and execution of passenger loyalty and retention initiatives.
Supporting the development of incentive programs and analyzing their performance.
Collaborating with Product, Marketing, CX, Marketplace, BI, and DS teams to strengthen the value proposition for high-value riders.
Helping analyze user behavior and market trends to identify opportunities for improving engagement and retention.
Contributing to ongoing projects with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.

A strong interest in strategy, analytics, or operations, with a desire to learn in a real-world business environment.
Basic knowledge of data analysis (Excel required; SQL is a plus).
Strong communication: Advanced English and Spanish.

A willingness to take ownership of tasks and contribute as part of a team.
