Role Summary and Impact
This Senior Regional Advanced TV Manager role is fundamental to driving the evolution and adoption of WPP Media Solutions' Advanced TV and Video capabilities across LATAM.
We are looking for a strategic "builder" with technical expertise and a product mindset, capable of independently leading initiatives and influencing multidisciplinary teams.
The key impact of this position lies in developing scalable solutions, creating Go-to-Market strategies, guiding optimization and measurement practices, leading regional initiatives, and translating technical challenges into actionable business narratives, directly contributing to growth and innovation in the region's media landscape.
Skills and Experience
Strategic Leadership and Solution Development: Ability to lead the regional evolution and scaling of Advanced TV & Video solutions, independently driving initiatives with a strategic and product-oriented mindset.
Technical and Programmatic Expertise: Experience in developing advanced programmatic and CTV strategies, as well as guiding teams on optimal bidding practices, optimization, audience strategy, and measurement.
Collaboration and Influence Skills: Strong communication to lead regional cross-functional initiatives, influence teams without direct authority, and partner with vendors to unlock innovation opportunities.
Business Acumen and Stakeholder Management: Aptitude for translating business challenges into scalable media solutions,



supporting commercial opportunities, pre-sales initiatives, and presenting updates to executives.
Capability Building and Training: Drive training programs, capability development, and educational initiatives to expand knowledge and adoption across various markets.
