- Minimum of 3 years of people management experience, managing teams of recruiters.
- Strong expertise in hiring for software engineering, data, product, and IT roles.
- Experience working in multinational or regional recruitment environments.
- Strategic mindset combined with strong hands-on execution skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Professional background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
