- Years of relevant experience (depending on function).

- Strong communication skills (written & verbal).

- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

- Admin/Executive Assistance: Organization, calendar management, attention to detail.

- Marketing & Communication: Content creation, social media, analytics basics.

- Technical Roles: Coding, QA, software tools, or engineering knowledge.

- Operations: Process improvement, project management, data handling.
