Position SummaryThe Renewal Specialist will be responsible for renewing software contracts across Kaseya’s customer base. This is a go-to-market role with sales-oriented responsibilities. The main goal is to drive contract renewal rates, support retention and identify upsell opportunities during the renewal process.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive renewal conversations to increase renewal rates, support retention and identify upsell opportunitiesWork closely with Account Management to identify risk factors and support smooth renewal executionPartner with General Managers and Product teams to share customer feedback and support customer negotiations when neededEnsure renewals are accurately documented and properly forecastedBuild and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners to support contract resolution and renewal executionHelp improve the renewal process over time to increase retention and reduce churnPerform other related duties as assignedRequired Qualifications2+ years of experience in renewals,
