Role Overview

This role offers an opportunity to play a meaningful part in supporting clients through the pre-litigation phase of personal injury matters while working closely with a collaborative legal team at Job Duck. As a Virtual Case Manager, you will be responsible for organizing and advancing case files, maintaining consistent client communication, and ensuring critical documentation is collected and tracked accurately. Your daily work will have a direct impact on client experience by helping cases move forward efficiently and compassionately. This position is adecuado for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values trust and responsiveness, and takes pride in managing details with care. If you are organized, proactive, and motivated by making a difference behind the scenes, this role provides a rewarding path to apply your skills remotely.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST (USA)

Your Responsibilities Will Include but Are Not Limited To:

- Managing pre-litigation personal injury files from intake through resolution
- Serving as a primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and guidance




- Monitoring case progress and ensuring clients move efficiently through each phase
- Logging activities and communications accurately in the CRM system
- Supporting attorneys and team members with additional administrative and case-related tasks as needed
- Collecting, organizing, and uploading client documents accurately
- Requesting, tracking, and managing medical records and related documentation
- Handling approximately 16 to 30 client calls per day

- Comfortable handling regular inbound and outbound client calls

- Reliable computer setup (laptop/PC, headset, stable internet min. 10 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload)
- Quiet, distraction-free remote work environment
