The primary objective of this position is to gain a deep understanding of diverse Retail Environments and omnichannel shopper behavior, identifying specific habits and purchase missions across all channels. You will leverage these insights, develop and implement 7Ps strategies designed to drive sustainable company growth.
Responsibilities
- 7Ps Strategy: Develop and tailor omnichannel strategies across diverse retail environments to drive growth
- Investment Optimization: Define strategic guidelines and prioritize GTN investments to maximize ROI
- Strategic Planning: Lead 3-year strategic roadmaps and commercial grids for each retail channel
- Performance & Analytics: Monitor 7Ps performance to execute data-driven action plans with local teams
- Shopper Insights:
Translate shopper research and behavior into actionable local execution plans
- Innovation & Best Practices: Lead high-priority product launches and scale best practices across the LatAm division
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in Trade Marketing and Marketing within the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industry
- Intermediate-Advanced English proficiency (Verbal and Written)
- Previous experience leading teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in Tableau or similar data visualization tools
