This is a high-impact role for someone who combines strong financial analysis capabilities with operational discipline, reporting skills, and a proactive mindset. Your mission will be to ensure proper control, monitoring, and analysis of financial and administrative information, enabling reliable decision-making and supporting the company’s continuous expansion.

What do you need to succeed in this role?

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields
- 3 to 5 years of experience in financial analysis and administrative functions




- At least 1 year of experience in financial or administrative analyst roles
- Experience in services, technology, consulting, or financial sector companies
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience with Power BI or data visualization tools
- Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Siigo, or similar platforms
- Basic automation knowledge (Python, macros, or related tools) is a plus
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and business-oriented mindset
- Bilingual (English and Spanish)
