Ideal Candidate

A creative and detail-oriented designer with strong visual judgment, solid Adobe Creative Suite expertise, and the ability to deliver polished marketing assets within a collaborative financial services environment.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a relevant field
- 3 years of proven work experience as a Mid-Level Designer, Graphic Designer, or similar role
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to combine colors, fonts, and layouts
- Strong attention to visual detail
- Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with a team
- Experience in the real estate, mortgage, or finance industry is a plus
- HTML and CSS knowledge is a plus
- Figma experience is a plus
- Portfolio of completed design projects preferred




- ClickUp project management tool experience is a plus

Responsibilities

- Design projects from conception to delivery
- Create original pieces, including illustrations and infographics
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing projects
- Liaise with marketing and design teams to ensure deadlines are met
- Stay up to date with industry developments and tools
- Support other duties as assigned
