Path to Head of Partner Success
What this role actually is
This is a department‑building role. For the first three months it resembles a customer‑success position: you work the evening window of 18:00‑23:00 in your time zone, live with our partners, handle onboarding, issues, integration questions, and edge cases. The main outcome during this period is documentation – every conversation becomes an SOP, each issue a script, every edge case a process. You build the playbook while you run it.
Month 4
You hire and train a replacement to cover the evening window, then step up to Head of Partner Success. Your hours move to standard daytime and you begin building the team.
Months 4‑18
You build and run a distributed Partner Operations team of approximately eight people across four continents, managing the function end‑to‑end.

The evening window is not optional: 18:00‑23:00 your time, every working day, for three months. If your schedule cannot accommodate this, the role is not suitable.
This is a function‑building role
You will not have an existing team to manage from day one. Documentation must be instinctive and consistent; a week‑long SOP project is unacceptable. You should write clear, concise scripts after every meaningful conversation.
Who this is for
- At least 3 years in partner operations, customer success, account management, or operational roles where you have built or systematised processes from scratch.
- Relational person and systems builder – both qualities.
- Capable of managing distributed teams across time zones asynchronously, measuring output rather than hours.
- Fluent in English and Spanish; most LatAm partners work in Spanish.
- Seeking a trajectory of building, running, and growing a function rather than a steady customer‑success role.

- Individuals whose background is purely managing existing processes inside a structured environment.

- Anyone who would negotiate down the evening‑window commitment during the hiring process.
What we offer
We pay for intelligence and ownership, not titles or corporate scaffolding. The role is demanding but offers real responsibility and upside that scales with what you build.
Compensation
Salary exceeds local market rates, paid in a stable currency (USDT). There are two stages: a competitive starting salary during onboarding, followed by an automatic, pre‑agreed increase once specific milestones are met, detailed in your offer letter. Automatic promotion to Head of Partner Success with salary step‑up upon completion of performance gates.
A specific note for Venezuelan candidates: because the evening window is operationally critical, we will verify connectivity through a series of scheduled calls in the 18:00‑23:00 window over approximately 30 days, with no meaningful dropouts, before any offer is issued.
