Sales Support Manager - Customer Support
Role And Responsibilities
In this role, you will provide technical, order, and payment-related assistance/support to internal and external customers. You will coordinate with stakeholders to obtain complete case ownership, showcase your expertise by improving customer satisfaction, and work in a hybrid model. This role contributes to the Motion business area in Colombia.
- Ensure resolution of customer issues by coordinating with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain Management, and other internal and/or external teams.
- Recommend appropriate solutions for customer requests and coordinate with related teams to ensure end‑to‑end handling (e.g., production capability and scheduling, resourcing, quotes, price lists, invoices).
- Keep customers proactively informed on issue status and clarify their doubts.
- Prepare and analyze regular statistics (e.g., forecast) using available tools and track sales performance against targets, sharing insights with management.
Qualifications For The Role
- Immersed experience working with SAP, Excel, and Power BI tools and methodologies within the industrial and business environment.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in similar positions.
- Strong knowledge of SAP, Excel, and Power BI.
- Results orientation, planning, and organization skills.
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or Economics.
- Intermediate English communication skills (desirable).
