We are building a high-performance outbound sales team to expand our reach and connect with new commercial clients across the United States.

What You’ll Do

You will be responsible for generating qualified opportunities for our sales team by making a high volume of outbound calls and managing outreach workflows.

Daily Responsibilities

- Make high-volume outbound calls to businesses across the U.S.
- Introduce Sueep’s services professionally and confidently
- Complete lead prequalification calls
- Identify decision‑makers and gather key company information
- Schedule meetings for our sales team
- Update and manage lead records inside HubSpot
- Use a power dialer to maximize outreach efficiency
- Follow scripts while adapting naturally to conversations
- Track outcomes and maintain accurate notes
- Follow up consistently with prospects
- Help improve outreach scripts and qualification processes

Required Qualifications





- Strong spoken English (professional conversation level)
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Comfortable making 100+ outbound calls per day
- Highly organized and detail‑oriented
- Comfortable using CRM software and technology
- Resilient and persistent (comfortable hearing “no” often)
- Self‑motivated and results‑driven
- Reliable internet/computer setup (if remote)
- Clear English accent / understandable to U.S. businesses
- High energy
- Thick skin
- Process‑following discipline
- Comfortable with repetitive outreach

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with outbound calling
- Cold calling
- Appointment setting
- B2B lead generation
- HubSpot
- Power dialers / call centre systems
- U.S. business communication
