Mid–Senior Hybrid Quality Analyst (Mobile + Automation)

We’re looking for an experienced, proactive, and quality-driven Mid+ to Senior QA Analyst who loves breaking things, improving processes, and helping teams deliver outstanding mobile and web experiences.

You’ll play a key role in shaping testing strategies, improving automation coverage, and ensuring product quality across the entire development lifecycle.

This is a hybrid QA role combining manual, mobile, API, and automation testing.

What You’ll Do

- Design, execute, and maintain manual and automated test strategies across web and mobile platforms
- Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and regression suites
- Perform:
- Functional testing
- Regression testing
- Integration testing
- API testing
- Performance testing

- Execute test plans and communicate clear risk and quality insights
- Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects through resolution
- Collaborate in Sprint planning, grooming, and retrospectives
- Investigate complex issues and support root cause analysis
- Perform database validation and data integrity testing (SQL)




- Use network debugging tools to troubleshoot issues
- Perform Android testing using ADB, DDMS, and UI Automator Viewer
- Help define QA processes, standards, and automation strategy
- Continuously improve testing efficiency and automation coverage
- Use AI and LLM tools daily to:

- Speed up regression testing
- Postman / API testing tools
- Apache JMeter or LoadRunner
- Jira / TestRail or similar tools
- SQL (advanced queries & joins)
- CI/CD environments and Agile workflows

Qualifications

- 5+ years of experience in QA / Software Testing
- Strong experience testing mobile applications
- Hands‑on experience with test automation
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum environments
- Solid SQL and database validation experience
- Experience with API and performance testing
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Passion for product quality and user experience
- Curiosity and enthusiasm for AI-driven testing
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines
- Experience working with distributed or remote teams
- Experience mentoring junior QA engineers
- Experience building automation frameworks from scratch
