You will ensure flawless day‑to‑day project management, execution tracking, and stakeholder alignment across multiple channels and initiatives.Main ResponsibilitiesProject Management & ExecutionLead the day‑to‑day management of omnichannel initiatives, campaigns, and tactics across multiple therapeutic areas and markets.Manage timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure programs are executed seamlessly.Act as the single point of accountability for project status, escalation, and risk management.Cross‑Functional CollaborationPartner with local teams including brand marketing, medical, digital,



and agencies to ensure project ownership alignment.Coordinate with offshore and onshore stakeholders to maintain alignment and smooth execution.Facilitate regular project status meetings, providing updates and action tracking.Operational Excellence & QualityEnsure adherence to internal processes, governance frameworks, and regulatory standards.Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Support documentation, reporting, and knowledge‑sharing across teams.Performance Tracking & ReportingMonitor project KPIs, timelines, and budgets.Develop reports and dashboards to communicate progress and performance to stakeholders.Provide insights and recommendations to improve project outcomes.About YouExperience8+ years of experience in project management, program management, or operations.5+ years of experience in pharmaceuticals, life sciences, or healthcare industries required.5+ years of experience with omnichannel or digital marketing execution required.Soft SkillsStrong interpersonal skills for working with diverse, global and local stakeholders.Ability to work independently and within a team environment.Strong organizational and time‑management skills to effectively manage completing work activities.Detail‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.Collaborative mindset and ability to influence without direct authority.Proactive, solution‑oriented, and adaptable to change.Technical SkillsStrong understanding of project management methodologies and tools (e.G., JIRA, ServiceNow, MS Project, Asana).Ability to work in a matrixed, multicultural,
