About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive and highly organized Bilingual Community Manager to support daily community operations, customer communication, and content posting.
This role combines virtual assistance, community support, and light social media coordination.
The adecuado candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment while communicating fluently in both English and Spanish.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer and community inquiries in English and Spanish with professionalism and empathy
Manage and respond to emails efficiently using Outlook
Post job updates, announcements, and community content across platforms
Support affiliates by answering questions and providing clear, accurate information
Assist with daily community management, including member support and engagement
Write and publish UGC-style posts and basic social media content
Assist with Tik
Tok and Instagram posting (reels, stories, carousels, and posts)
Upload and organize content using tools such as Canva, Beacons, or Stan
Research trending products and social media trends to support content creation
Handle multiple tasks while meeting deadlines and maintaining accuracy
Provide regular progress updates to leadership throughout the day
Adapt quickly to new tools, systems, and processes
Qualifications
Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
At least 2 years of experience working with US-based clients or companies
Experience as a Virtual Assistant, Community Support, or Customer Service role
Strong communication and customer service skills
Proficient in Outlook and email management
Familiarity with Tik
Tok and Instagram
Basic content creation skills using Canva or similar tools
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
Reliable and consistently available during EST business hours.
