**Key Responsibilities**
- Support distributors of responsible area to proceed the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and end users visit of all Medcaptain products.
- Provide technical support and conduct training to staff of distributors to be able to provide service to end users.

Monitor the distributors’ service quality and maintain the customers’ satisfaction.
- Establish and optimize the local endoscope service center’s processes (acceptance, fault diagnosis, repair, quality inspection, follow-up) to ensure standardized operation.
- Perform professional service for gastroscopes and colonoscopes (disassembly, troubleshooting, part replacement, calibration) to meet clinical quality standards.
- Regularly summarize service center operations, analyze data, identify problems and put forward optimization suggestions to improve efficiency and satisfaction.
- Guide distributors to build self-operated service centers, including process standardization, technical training and quality control.




- Coordinate with headquarters and local teams to solve complex service issues, feedback fault and market needs timely.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or above in Biomedical/Mechanical/Electronic Engineering or related; professional certificates preferred.
- At least 2 years of gastroscope and colonoscope service experience; familiar with their structure and common faults.
- Proficient in endoscope service skills, able to independently complete diagnosis, repair and calibration; familiar with service tools.
- Fluent in Spanish and good in English.
- Strong sense of responsibility, professionalism, team spirit; ability to work independently and learn new technologies quickly

**Experience**:

- gastroscope and colonoscope service: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 50% (preferred)
