Account Executive - Stablecoin SolutionsJeeves – Bogota, ColombiaJeeves is a groundbreaking financial operating system built for integral businesses, offering corporate cards, cross-border payments, and spend management software in a unified platform.The company operates in over 20 countries and serves over 5,000 clients, ranging from venture-backed startups to SMBs worldwide.We are hiring an Account Executive – Stablecoin Solutions to own go-to-market for Jeeves InstantPay and related stablecoin products.This high-impact, hands-on role is for an experienced B2B seller who understands stablecoins, regulated crypto infrastructure, treasury and FX economics, and has a proven track record selling into finance and operations teams (CFOs, Heads of Treasury, Finance, and Payments).Location: Bogotá, Colombia – full-time hybrid (office days 2–3 per week).Job ResponsibilitiesAcquire high-quality new clients through outbound hunting and cross-sell/upsell existing clients with consultative sales.Identify opportunities in mid- to large-sized businesses, enterprises, and later-stage venture-backed startups; consistently meet and exceed sales targets.Own the full sales cycle for Jeeves InstantPay and adjacent stablecoin solutions: prospecting, discovery, demos, proposal, negotiation, pilots, implementation and expansion.Target and close mid-market and enterprise customers (exporters/importers, e-commerce sellers, IT/outsourcing firms, logistics providers, SaaS companies, multinationals) across the assigned region.Sell value at the CFO/Head of Treasury level, demonstrating FX economics (up to 80% FX cost savings vs traditional banking), settlement time improvements, and operational benefits.Manage and grow a pipeline: territory planning, account strategies, accurate forecasting to hit quota.Lead pilots and coordinate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Compliance, Customer Success, and stablecoin/custody partners) to ensure smooth onboarding and secure settlement rails.Serve as the voice of the customer,
providing feedback to Product and Engineering to evolve InstantPay's features and integrations.Work with Partnerships & Legal to manage relationships with regulated stablecoin issuers, custody providers, and infrastructure partners (e.G., G+D).Develop and own go-to-market plays (pricing, packaging, vertical motions) and collaborate with Marketing to drive demand and case studies.Requirements6+ years of B2B sales experience with a proven record of closing mid-market and enterprise deals; prior quota-bearing AE role preferred.Direct experience selling stablecoin, crypto payments, blockchain or crypto infrastructure, or deep experience in cross-border payments, FX and treasury products with a demonstrable appetite for crypto innovation.Strong understanding of regulated stablecoin models, custody, rails and counterparty risk, and practical experience with KYC/KYB and compliance for payments/treasury products.Fluent in English; Spanish or Portuguese aplus.Experience selling to senior finance leaders (CFOs, Heads of Treasury) and managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise procurement processes.Excellent consultative selling skills – building financial models, presenting ROI, negotiating commercial contracts.Network of B2B relationships in targeted verticals (exporters/importers, e-commerce, logistics, SaaS).Comfort operating in a high-velocity startup environment – proactive, resilient and metrics-driven.Experience using CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, or equivalent).What will set you up for successProactiveness: independence and a "get things done" attitude.Results-focused: data-driven, excited by achieving numbers and establishing metrics when they don't exist.Excellent communication: energised by engaging senior leaders and driving professional value in every interaction.We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analysing resumes, or assessing responses.These tools assist our recruitment team but do not replace human judgment.Final hiring decisions are ultimately made by humans.#J-*****-Ljbffr
