_We are looking for a _**Bilingual**_**HRBP** to lead all HR processes in a growing bilingual BPO environment (Advanced English Level Required).

This role is adecuado for a hands-on HR Business partner who enjoys owning the full employee lifecycle, partnering closely with leadership, and building people processes that support both business goals and employee experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Human Resources processes end-to-end
- Work hand to hand with all companies stakeholders.
- Recruitment, onboarding, and performance management
- Employee relations, engagement, and wellbeing
- Labor compliance and HR administration
- HR reporting and people metrics
- SG-SST coordination
- Supervision of HR intern

Profile




- Bachelor’s degree in psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
- Postgraduate in Human Talent Management is highly valued
- 3-5 years of experience in a generalist HR role
- Experience in BPO or fast-paced environments is highly valued
- Advanced English Requiered (B2-C2)
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Availability to work on-site in Cali, Colombia.
