Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to U.S. energy sector customers
Present upgrades, reconnections, and exclusive energy service promotions
Identify customer needs, overcome objections, and close sales with a consultative approach
Maintain a consistent focus on targets, call quality, and customer satisfaction




Actively participate in training sessions and coaching
Requirements
English B2+ – C1 (non-negotiable)
Minimum 1 year of outbound call center sales experience (preferred)
Sales-driven mindset, charisma, and strong people skills
Results-oriented with a genuine drive to exceed goals
Ability to handle 200+ calls per day with consistency and quality
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and multitasking across systems
Schedule
Monday to Saturday — rotating shifts between 7:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m.
2 days off per week
100% on-site — no remote or part-time options available
Location
South Medellín area
