This role is a mix of strategy, consultative sales, and business development — with the opportunity to lead key initiatives, expand our regional presence, and build lasting value for IPG and our clients.You will:Develop and execute the regional sales strategy for GMP and Martech services.Lead the strategic partnership with Google to elevate our reseller capabilities.Build strong relationships with stakeholders across IPG agencies and client teams.Standardize excellence across LATAM — bringing structure, clarity,



and impact.Act as a senior advisor on Martech to both internal leadership and external clients.Accelerate new business opportunities and drive revenue through tech-driven solutions.A Martech expert with hands-on experience in platforms like GMP, Adobe, Salesforce, etc.A builder — strategic, proactive, and unafraid to roll up your sleeves.A trusted advisor who can engage confidently with C-level stakeholders.Someone with regional fluency — strong understanding of the LATAM business landscape.Fluent in English (Spanish or Portuguese highly preferred).
