We combine traditional management consulting with Mastercard's rich data assets, proprietary platforms, and advanced technologies to provide clients with strategic insights, actionable recommendations, and measurable results.
We are seeking a Manager, Product Management, Cybersecurity Consulting with a proven track record and expertise in developing consulting engagements and driving go-to-market strategies that accelerate growth for our consulting business.
In This Role, You Will
Lead problem framing and solution design for Cybersecurity consulting projects, serving as a thought leader on the topic.
Develop new Cybersecurity consulting offerings by leading scoping, effort planning, pricing, and standardized proposal creation.
Drive go-to-market execution for configured offerings, including sales enablement materials, market development, and organizational alignment.
Build strong internal partnership across business units to scale new offerings and act as a trusted advisor within the Consulting Products team.
Collaborate with key stakeholders across Business & Market Insights (BMI), Security Solutions Organization (SSO), and Mastercard Advisors (A&CS;) to ensure alignment and impact.
Support strategic sales pursuits and general projects, providing expertise and thought leadership.
Create knowledge assets and thought leadership, including:
Authoring whitepapers and best-practice content,
Curating webinars and training sessions on Mastercard products and payment optimization,
Managing a repository of case studies for consulting products.

Proven consulting experience with strong business and financial institution expertise.
Exceptional organizational and communication skills, including executive-level presentations.
Hands-on experience in Cybersecurity Consulting in a large consulting firm or Corporate Security in a large organization.
Experience in product management with a preference for experience in the Cybersecurity space.
Highly proactive with strong problem-solving skills.
Deep empathy for customers, with a strong commitment to understanding and advocating for their needs.
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work autonomously, managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proven track record of delivering on time, meeting deadlines, and ensuring high-quality results.
Ability to thrive in ambiguous situations, adapt to changing priorities, and pivot when necessary.
Able to make data-driven decisions in complex and evolving environments.
Qualifications
Undergraduate degree and experience in consulting, corporate strategy, business intelligence, or product management.
Skilled in managing senior stakeholders and identifying new business development opportunities.
Experience drafting proposals and scoping engagements in a consulting environment.
Strong analytical and structured thinking with proficiency in numerical analysis.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
