EVENT COORDINATOR Remote | International contract role | Full-Time Hours (40+ hrs/week) | $8.00 USD per hour | 8:30 AM–6:00 PM EST, Monday–Friday | UTC-4 time zones strongly preferred Mayersohn Law Group, P.A. is hiring a Remote Event Coordinator to support our marketing and client engagement efforts.
This role focuses on warm outbound calling to invite guests to networking events, confirm attendance, gather feedback, and maintain accurate RSVP tracking.

cancellations, and guest details using Google Sheets and CRM tools Maintain organized, accurate records and update information in real time Represent the firm with professionalism, hospitality, and a positive, upbeat attitude Join brief daily check-ins to align on priorities Collaborate with team members to stay aligned on outreach goals QUALIFICATIONS Excellent spoken English and strong written communication Friendly, professional phone presence with discretion Comfortable with high-volume calling (100+ warm calls/day) Proficiency in Slack and Google Workspace ( Sheets , Drive, Calendar) Experience in customer service, data entry, outreach, or intake roles Strong multitasking, detail orientation, and organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively ABOUT MAYERSOHN LAW GROUP Mayersohn Law Group is a NAMWOLF, AV-rated law firm known for strategic advocacy, fast communication, and a client-focused approach.
