Job Profile: Senior Manager – Microsoft 365 Platform Role Summary The Senior Manager – Microsoft 365 Platform is accountable for the product ownership, governance, and technical health of Microsoft 365 and the Power Platform across TD SYNNEX.
This role provides clear direction on what we use, how we use it, and how we evolve it, ensuring the platform is secure, standardized, and aligned to enterprise priorities while actively reducing technical debt and legacy dependencies.
The role operates as a platform product leader, not a service desk or security function, and works in close partnership with Infrastructure Operations, Security, Architecture, SAM, and Regional IT teams.
Reporting Line Reports to: Vice President, rTIO Europe and Global Ops Management Level: Senior Manager Mission Provide clear Microsoft 365 and Power Platform product direction, robust governance, and disciplined execution—modernizing collaboration services, reducing technical debt, and enabling secure, scalable cloud adoption across TD SYNNEX.
