We are seeking a motivated Finance Intern to provide transversal support across all finance pillars, including Payroll, Treasury, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;), Procurement & Facilities, and Accounting.
This role is ideal for a candidate pursuing a career in accounting or finance, eager to gain hands-on experience in multiple areas of the function.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the recording and processing of vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely posting in the accounting system.
Support monthly expense analysis and variance explanations against budget/forecast.
Collaborate with Payroll to prepare documentation for sick leave reimbursements and follow up with authorities or insurance providers.
Collect and compare vendor quotations, prepare purchase requests, and provide support for office and corporate events.
Assist with treasury activities such as payment runs, bank reconciliations, and cash flow tracking.
Contribute to the preparation of financial reports, schedules, and supporting documentation during month-end close.
Provide ad-hoc support across finance pillars to balance workload peaks and ensure smooth operations.
Maintain accurate digital and physical records of financial documents in line with internal policies.
Support continuous improvement initiatives within finance, contributing ideas to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
Requirements
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong academic performance.
Attention to detail for maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with regulations.
