How you create impact
Manage and execute general short-term incentive (STI) and performance bonus calculations
Support the design, simulation, and payout of incentive plans
Maintain and validate Total Rewards and performance master data
Build and deliver reports, analytics, and dashboards to support decision-making
Partner closely with HR, Finance, and Total Rewards stakeholders
Improve accuracy, efficiency, and automation of incentive and analytics processes in collaboration with global IT.
Provide analytical support to the Total Rewards team.
What we would like you to bring




2 to 5 years of experience in compensation analytics, incentives, finance, or data-driven HR roles
Strong technical knowledge of bonus plans, performance metrics, and calculations
Advanced skills in Excel (Macros, advanced formulas, power query)
Experience with Python, HCM, and or analytics tools is a strong advantage.
Highly analytical profile with strong attention to detail
Comfortable working with large datasets and complex rules
Bilingual Spanish–English (English required for daily collaboration)
